Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you order from IRA Skin Rituals. If something isn't right, here's what we'll do.

Faulty or damaged items

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email hello@iraskinrituals.com.

Change of mind

We don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, not as described, or arrives damaged.

How to return

Email hello@iraskinrituals.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll reply with the next steps, so please wait to hear from us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll refund it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Shipping & Terms

Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Shipping is free on orders over $300. Otherwise, shipping is standard or express rate, and you'll see it at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, and you'll receive tracking details by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, email hello@iraskinrituals.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll follow it up and try our best to locate it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order is dispatched.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is made securely through our Squarespace checkout.

Skincare advice

Product information on this website is general information, not medical advice. Please patch test new products and follow the label, as results vary.

Website visitors

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal information when you visit, including information about your browser, network and device, the pages you visit, and your IP address. Squarespace needs this data to run the website and to protect and improve its services. You can read more in Squarespace's Privacy Policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Squarespace Analytics to understand site traffic and activity, such as pages visited, clicks and searches.

This website uses cookies, which are small files saved to your device. Necessary cookies are always used so Squarespace can securely serve the site. Analytics and performance cookies, and the Meta pixel, are only used once you accept them in our cookie banner.

Meta pixel

We use the Meta pixel to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. It lets Meta collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, and may link it to your Meta account.

Shop orders

When you buy from us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address and order details so we can fulfil your order. We share this with Squarespace, our online store provider, and with our courier so we can deliver your order.

Payment details are collected by Squarespace. We never see or store your full card details. At checkout, your address may be auto-completed using the Google Places API.

Tutorials membership

When you join Tutorials, we collect your name, email address, billing details and subscription details to give you access. We share this with Squarespace, which hosts our member area.

Contact forms

When you send us a message through a form on this website, we collect the details you enter so we can reply. This information is stored with Squarespace.

Emails

We collect your email address when you buy from our online shop, join our mailing list or book an appointment. We use it to send you messages about your order or booking, such as confirmations, shipping updates and appointment reminders. These are sent through Squarespace and Square Appointments.

We'll also add you to the IRA Skin Rituals newsletter, where we share news, ritual updates and skincare tips. Our newsletter is sent through Square, so we share your name and email address with Square for this purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter. Unsubscribing won't stop emails about your orders and bookings.

Fonts

This website displays fonts using Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts, which may receive information about your browser and device, and your IP address.

Overseas storage

Squarespace, Square, Meta and our payment provider may store or process your information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Access, correction and complaints
