Meet Francesca

Longevity-focused facialist. Sculptural and Buccal massage specialist.

Fourteen years in this industry taught me one thing — the face holds everything. My work is about learning how to let it go.

My practice is built on sculptural facial technique and buccal massage, working beneath the surface to restore tone, release tension and support how the skin actually functions over time. This is longevity work – not quick fixes, not trends, not chasing youth. It’s a deeper conversation with the face.

Every treatment is intentional, personalised and designed around how your skin lives, moves and ages.

  • I was born and raised in Hackney, London, and entered the beauty industry straight out of school. What began as a practical career path quickly became a deep and ongoing study of skin, structure and the systems that influence ageing.

I spent my early years working in high-end salons and medi-spas in Marylebone, where I developed a strong clinical foundation and respect for precision, professionalism and results. After moving to Australia, my perspective began to shift. I became less interested in short-term solutions and increasingly drawn to longevity and how to support the skin and body over years, not moments.

Alongside my dermal industry training, I completed Yoga and Pilates teacher trainings and undertook extensive self-study in naturopathy, botanical science and nutrition. Working as a holistic dermal therapist alongside naturopaths shaped the way I understand skin today, not as something isolated, but as an intelligent organ connected to digestion, stress, movement, circulation and emotional load.

It was through this integrated lens that I discovered facial exercise, sculptural techniques and buccal massage. These methods transformed how I viewed ageing. Rather than chasing volume or relying on aggressive interventions, I saw how working with the facial muscles, fascia, breath and lymphatic flow could restore tone, soften tension and support long-term skin resilience.

Today, my work reflects the integration of everything I’ve studied and practiced over the past decade. My approach sits at the intersection of science and intuition, grounded in anatomy and physiology, while honouring the body’s innate intelligence and capacity for repair.

I consider myself a Longevity Facialist. My focus is not on reversing time, but on supporting structural integrity, nervous system balance and skin vitality so the face can age with strength, softness and clarity.

At Ira Skin Rituals, skin is treated as a reflection of the whole. Your lifestyle, your history, your habits and your capacity to slow down. This is where elegance meets function and where deeper wisdom is expressed through skilled, intentional touch.

In June 2026, I’m bringing this work back to where it started – London. A limited residency for those who want to experience what fourteen years of this practice feels like. Follow the journey and join the waitlist at the link below.

Our Philosophy

  • At Ira Skin Rituals, treatments are guided by a longevity-focused approach that prioritises structure, function and long-term skin health. Rather than working on the surface alone, we consider the systems that influence how the skin ages, including muscular tone, fascial integrity, lymphatic flow and nervous system balance.

Our work is preventative and cumulative by nature. Subtle, consistent support creates more meaningful change than aggressive intervention, allowing the skin to age with strength, softness and resilience.

  • Ira Skin Rituals is built upon four enduring pillars that guide every treatment, decision and philosophy.

    Nature
Working with the body’s innate rhythms and biological processes, rather than overriding them.

    Longevity
Supporting skin health over time through preventative, cumulative and sustainable care.

    Wisdom
Honouring ancestral knowledge and time-tested practices that have been passed down through generations and are still used today, valued for their enduring relevance and effectiveness.

    Knowledge
Grounded in anatomy, physiology and continual education to ensure treatments are both informed, precise and evidence-led.
